By accessing our website, submitting a form, signing a contract, or making payment (including via Stripe), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2 Scope of Services

Voyanti Global provides travel coordination and advisory services only and acts solely as an independent intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers. We do not own, operate, or control airlines, hotels, transportation providers, venues, or vendors.

1.3 No Guarantee of Availability or Pricing

All pricing, availability, schedules, and supplier rules are subject to change without notice. Voyanti Global does not guarantee availability, pricing, upgrades, visa approvals, entry into any country, or travel outcomes.

1.4 Third-Party Supplier Disclaimer

Voyanti Global is not responsible or liable for delays, cancellations, overbooking, strikes, weather events, supplier failures, injuries, illness, death, theft, loss, or damages arising from third-party suppliers.

All supplier-related claims must be pursued directly with the applicable supplier.

1.5 Client Responsibilities

Clients are solely responsible for:

  • Providing accurate traveler information
  • Maintaining valid passports, visas, permits, and vaccination records
  • Complying with all airline, supplier, governmental, and local laws

Voyanti Global is not liable for issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the client.

1.6 Fees, Payments & Subscriptions

All service fees and subscriptions are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

Supplier penalties, cancellation fees, change fees, or no-show fees are the client’s responsibility.

Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

1.7 Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Changes and cancellations are subject to supplier rules. Refunds are not guaranteed, and all refund timelines are controlled entirely by third-party suppliers.

1.8 Force Majeure

Voyanti Global shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including pandemics, government actions, natural disasters, labor disputes, supplier shutdowns, or acts of God.

1.9 Assumption of Risk

Travel involves inherent risks, including health, safety, political, environmental, and governmental risks. By using our services, clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel.

1.10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voyanti Global’s total liability shall not exceed the service fees paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

1.11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Voyanti Global, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of services or violation of these Terms.

1.12 Mandatory Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in the State of New York.

You waive the right to a jury trial and waive participation in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

1.13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

1.14 Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, submitting forms, signing contracts, or making payment, you agree to these Terms.

1.15 No Legal, Medical, or Professional Advice

Voyanti Global provides travel coordination and advisory services only. We do not provide legal, medical, immigration, tax, or governmental advice.

All decisions related to visas, entry requirements, vaccinations, and regulatory compliance must be independently verified by the client with the appropriate authorities.

1.16 Travel Insurance Disclaimer

Voyanti Global strongly recommends that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation, medical coverage, emergency evacuation, and baggage protection.

Voyanti Global is not responsible for losses incurred by clients who decline or fail to obtain insurance.

1.17 Passport, Visa & Document Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all required passports, visas, entry permits, and documentation are valid and compliant.

Voyanti Global may provide general guidance, but final verification is the client’s responsibility.

1.18 Emergency Support Limitations

Any 24/7 concierge or support services provided are advisory in nature only.

Voyanti Global does not provide emergency medical care, evacuation, rescue services, or legal representation. Clients must contact local emergency services when necessary.

1.19 On-Site Escort & In-Person Concierge Disclaimer

On-site escort or in-person concierge services are optional and voluntary.

Voyanti Global and its representatives are not liable for accidents, injuries, theft, loss, or incidents occurring during in-person accompaniment.

1.20 Communication Consent

By using our services, clients consent to receive communications via email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, iMessage, and similar platforms for service-related purposes.

Clients may opt out of non-essential communications where legally required.

1.21 Subscription Auto-Renewal

All recurring subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the next billing cycle.

No partial or prorated refunds are provided.

1.22 Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

Clients agree to contact Voyanti Global to resolve billing disputes before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination and formal dispute submission.

1.23 Intellectual Property Rights

All branding, content, documents, pricing materials, itineraries, templates, tools, and communications are the intellectual property of Voyanti Global and may not be used without written permission.

1.24 No Guarantee of Upgrades or VIP Access

Voyanti Global does not guarantee upgrades, lounge access, VIP services, early check-ins, or late checkouts unless explicitly confirmed in writing by the supplier.

1.25 Pricing Changes

Voyanti Global reserves the right to modify pricing, service tiers, fees, and surcharges with notice where applicable.

1.26 Misconduct & Illegal Use

Voyanti Global may suspend or terminate services for harassment, abuse, fraud, misrepresentation, illegal activity, or disruptive conduct.

1.27 Refund Processing Timeframes

All refunds, if approved by suppliers, follow supplier timelines. Voyanti Global is not responsible for supplier delays.

1.28 Payment Method Requirements

Clients must maintain a valid payment method on file. Failure to do so may result in service suspension.

SECTION 2 — PRIVACY POLICY

2.1 Information We Collect

Personal information, billing details processed via Stripe, travel-related data, and automatically collected website and device data.

2.2 Use of Information

To provide services, process payments, communicate updates, improve performance, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

2.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Voyanti Global does not store full card details.

2.4 Information Sharing

Only with travel suppliers, service providers, or legal authorities when required by law.

2.5 Data Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary for business, contractual, and legal purposes.

2.6 Data Security

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are implemented; however, no system guarantees absolute security.

2.7 Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data where legally permitted. Additional rights apply to EEA and UK residents as detailed in Section 5.
